Smoky egg salad


This is a healthy, tasty meal that can come plastic free from most supermarkets

Feeds 1 person


  •  2 Organic, free-range eggs
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 3 Celery Sticks


  1. Poach the eggs in boiling water
  2. Cut up the cucumber, avocado and celery into small pieces and place in your bowl
  3. Add the spices and lemon juice
  4. Serve with the eggs on top and enjoy!
