Home-made muesli


Buy the ingredients at a bulk food store to make this recipe zero-waste.


4 cups rolled oats
3/4 cups flaked almonds
1 cup whole almonds
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup linseed or flaxseeds
1 1/2 cup pepitas
3 cups shredded coconut
1 cup sultanas
1/2 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup honey


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 6 minutes, until well roasted (medium-dark brown)
